I was tagged about my first born, my sweet Brooklyn Iris. Brooklyn was a special spirit that was sent to our family. She is so thoughtful, kind, loving and tender. She is every parents dream. Brooklyn has always been so thoughtful of her sister Mya. She has always watched over and protected Mya. Brooklyn is her best friend. She is truly Mya's guardian angel. We love you Brooklyn and are so grateful that you are in our family.

Where were you when you first found out that you were pregnant? At home
2. Who was with you? I was alone
3. How did you find out that you were pregnant? Pregnancy test in a hotel room in Park City, Utah
4. What was your first reaction to finding out you were pregnant? Very happy
5. Who was the first person you told? My husband after he got home from a Byu football game. We had been staying in Park City for a work retreat.
6. Did you plan to get pregnant? Yes, I had been on some heavy birth control. The doctor said it would take a couple of months to get pregnant. After going off the birth control I got pregnant that month. Crazy!!!
7. Did you tell everyone else right away? No, Branden and I want to wait until I was about 8 weeks. My older sister at the time and been trying to get pregnant for a while and I didn't want to hurt her feelings.
8. Was everybody happy for you? Yes
9. Did you go out and celebrate? No
10. Did you want to find out the sex? YES
11.What was the sex? Girl
12. Did anyone throw you a baby shower? Yes
13. Did you get any outfits at the baby shower that you just knew you wouldn't put on your baby? I really don't remember. I just remember thinking I had alot of clothes for this sweet little girl.
14. How much weight did you gain? 55 pounds...yes you read that right.
15. Did you lose all of the weight that you gained? No...I haven't weighed my pre baby weight in 12 years...really sad but I'm working on it.
16. Did you get any stretch marks? Yes
17. What did you crave the most? Steak
18. Did you crave anything crazy? No
19. Who or what got on your nerves? Branden when he wouldn't go to McDonald's at 11:00 pm to get me french fries.
20. Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? Yes, at 12 weeks I had a tear in my placenta and bled for 2 months. We were really worried that we were going to lose our baby.
21. Where and when did you go into labor? At home, in the middle of the night
22. Did your water break? At the hospital
23. Who drove you to the hospital? Branden
24. Who was in the room when you gave birth? Branden
25. Did you go early or late? Right on time...She was born on Great Grandpa Orton's b-day
26. How long were you in labor for? 4 hours start to finish. I am very lucky when it comes to the Delivery. I've got my Mom's genes.
27. Did you have any drugs for the pain? Yes
28. Did you go natural or have a C-section? natural
29. What was your first reaction after giving birth? What just happened
30. How big was the baby? 7 pounds 12 ounces 19 inches long

32. What did you name the baby? Brooklyn Iris Jamison
33. Does her name have any significant meaning? She was named after her Great Grandma Iris, who was one in a million.
34. Did you have any visitors? Lots
35.Did the baby have any complications? No thank goodness
36. How old is your baby today? 10 going to be 11 on May 20th
37. When is the next one coming? If you want crazy Angela to return then Yes, sign me up for 6 more........That would be a hell no!!!
