Tonight we had an enrichment get together. It was pot luck, so I decided to bring stuffed strawberries and sausage stars because...I'm an over achiever. Huh, wonder where I get that from!? They were both a total hit. I didn't get a picture of the sausage stars but here are the strawberries.I love these cute little things. Strawberries, cream cheese and sugar – what’s not to love? These were super simple to make but impressive to look at. We had a wonderful evening until the sprinklers turned on a soaked all the food and the guests.
INGREDIENTS
1 pint fresh strawberries
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, or to taste
..DIRECTIONS
1.Cut the tops off of the strawberries and stand upright on the cut side. Make a cut 3/4 of the way down from the tip of the strawberry towards the bottom.
2.Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, until smooth in a mixer or a food processor. Place into a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe into each strawberry and arrange on a serving platter.

Those look so great! Also, are you already enrichment leader? They must really have the spirit of discernment in that ward to pick you up so fast. I went to an enrichment in our new and sure thought of you and fun I had with your ideas.
k- now I need the sausage recipe too! Those strawberries may make a great game day treat for Saturday, because you know Dustin is going to have quite the spread already for kickoff!
